We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to play a pivotal role in our sales process by initiating contact with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and facilitating a seamless transition to our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Utilize provided leads or prospecting techniques to identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential leads for our sales team.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring accurate recording of all details and confirming appointments with clients.
- Maintain a database of leads and appointments, keeping records up to date and tracking progress through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with relevant information and ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the sales process.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and address client inquiries.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation, contributing to overall sales objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on appointment-setting activities, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support roles, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in conversation and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- Persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and rejection to achieve appointment-setting goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, eager to contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is highly desirable.
- Understanding or experience using CRMs or tools such as Mindbody, GymMaster, Wodify, Virtuagym, Trainerize, Club OS, EZ Facility, PushPress, Gymdesk, etc.
